Payment for sessions are due at the conclusion of each session, except by prior arrangement. Payment methods include cash, eftpos, cheque or direct credit.  Sessional costs are reviewed at the beginning of each financial year.

Since November 2006, some psychology services became refundable under Medicare.  A referral from your GP and the completion of a Mental Health Care Plan is required for this.  Please speak to us about this should you have any questions.

In addition, some Private Health Insurance Funds cover psychology in the nominated “extras” cover. The amount of rebate and your coverage is between you and your Fund.  If this is the case for you, please let us know and we will ensure your invoice displays the appropriate information.
